Camilla Ricoveri

I’ve always been fascinated by what drives human behaviour. It’s what led me to study psychology, move across countries, and explore how our environments shape how we think, feel, and work. Growing up as a Third Culture Kid across Africa and South America, I saw how climate, inequality, and wellbeing are deeply connected. Those experiences are at the heart of why I care about people and the planet.

I hold a BA in clinical psychology and a Master’s in work, organisational, and personnel psychology. I started my career as an office manager at a boutique investment firm, then moved into investor relations at a private equity company. These roles gave me a close-up view of how strong culture and team dynamics drive performance behind the scenes.

At Systemiq Capital, I bring energy, creativity, and a bias for action to all things people and operations – from culture and team rituals to communications, investor relations, and events. I focus on how we show up – for each other, our investors, and the entrepreneurs we support – and how to build an environment where people can thrive.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me dancing, journaling in the park, or spending time with friends and family. I’m deeply values-driven, shaped by travel, and always on the lookout for the next adventure or insight that helps me grow.
